Details:
Ascension control seems doesn't smoothly change the properties.
This means it uses the value, but at some point jumps to another value. With
ascension control mapped to elliptical angle, with value 180.0, it seems to
lock at 45deg increments.
Also, declination control doesn't seem to work at all.
Input device test shows the values correctly.
(I am a developer so if you tell me where exactly those
things are I can maybe find the problem)
