Details:
When I select a brush in the Brush List Editor, I expect that it will be
marked with a blue frame around the brush icon. Indeed, sometimes it is the
case, but not always. Many brushes do not have a frame around, when I select
them. I do not see any system in this. It is however consistent in a sense
that you do not get a different result with the same brush.
Let's take the Classic set. I have a frame around Pencil and do not around
Charcoal and Dry-brush. I do not have it around Rounded and Smudge+paint
brushes, but do have around Knife brush. And so on, seemingly at random. Other
sets behave the same way.
Expected behaviour: all brushes have a frame around their icons when they are
selected.
