Follow-up Comment #3, bug #19119 (project mypaint):
It also seems strange that you cannot simply put 'python-config --cflags' to
the compiler flags, and 'python-config --ldflags' to the linker flags.
Also, did you try simply:
env.ParseConfig('python-config --cflags --ldflags')
instead of all the other code? Does that not work?
