I can confirm this problem, I also have it on my Laptop and have made some
(so far fruitless) debugging attempts:

A very notable fact is that other wacom tablets work fine with the same
setup. Also, I heard several reports from 1.0.0 Windows users who say that
Bamboo pressure works fine. Maybe it is only the Bamboo Pen&Touch?
