Follow-up Comment #6:
Marking as Works For Me, since the current harmonies do match our current
colour wheel.
Not marking as Invalid, since colour wheel choice is partly a subjective,
aesthetic thing :) However I feel the current wheel choice has more benefits
than drawbacks: perceptual relevance wins it for me.
Maybe in the future we should add support for other colour selectors. I think
the current system where we have two different colour selectors which roughly
speaking use the same primaries and just differ in complexity is a bit silly;
they should be consolidated into a single subwindow really. But this bug may
not be the best place to discuss it (the MyPaint Wiki's brainstorming section
though: definitely).
