Deevad persuaded me to give this one another look in IRC. It's still a purely
subjective choice which wheel one uses to make harmonies, but there are some
leading candidates. However it's simple enough to implement, given that it's
just a linear remapping of angles when viewing the wheel and clicking on it.
We now support the colour wheels listed in
https://gitorious.org/mypaint/mypaint/commit/038e161a7223532a4422291269610b2ed9e3039f
in current, post-1.1.0 git master.
Perhaps we should add Munsell too, if people expect to find it (and if
sRGB-HSV hue angles are listed somewhere).
