Follow-up Comment #1, bug #19879 (project mypaint):
This bug was introduced in commit 3941752cb56b6be13fb99ef7cb91f21b91ab1fdd and
is caused by the new random number generator introduced in commit
ebe6b3baf6eb2bc06b5fc4259e20124a217dd3b5.
The new RNG produces a different range of numbers from the old glib RNG that
was used before. This also causes problems with many other randomized brush
parameters.
