Follow-up Comment #2, bug #20334 (project mypaint):
David, are you saying that you were not able to paint on that tile ever
again?
What Martin sees, I believe is explained by the following which I found the
other day (and started looking into the fix for).
To reproduce:
* Use a layer that has never been painted on before
* Paint a long continuous stroke (more than 10 tiles / ~640 px)
Results:
* The line is not continuous and has a gap around the 10th tile / 640 px
* New strokes of the same size after this initial one work OK.
* Same occurs for 20, 40, 80 tiles

This is a bug in the expanding of the operationqueue data-structure. Draw dab
operations are copied to the wrong location and get lost.
