Um... so, basically, you want to have a per-brush setting that is not saved
together with the brush? I'm getting a bit confused now about what your
goal is - it cannot have to do with switching between different tablets, if
you want to make a per-brush correction? Let's maybe try to discuss one
problem at a time.
This problem seems to be that the author of the brush has a different
pressure preference than you, or was aiming for a stronger or a softer brush
than what you need at the moment.
What we can easily make is an additional "pressure gain" brush setting. The
same effect could already be achieved now by editing all brush settings that
depend on pressure, but it's complicated to do. With this new "pressure
gain" brush setting, you would have to save each brush after you changed it,
to make it permanent.
Why don't you want to modify the original preset of the brush designer? It's
not like anyone except you is going to see it... maybe what you really want
is a way/button to restore a brush to the original ("downloaded") behaviour?
