Hi José, I see the issue is with my brushkit , certainly because : 1. I made those preset for my Intuos 4 M ( sensitive device , 2048 pressure level ) 2. I prefer 'firm' preset 3. I paint with overlaying value rather than replacing them.
For me the range for pressure gain is a bit large... Yes, and it makes most of the preset not usable when pushing it to max according your exemple attached . Do you know at what value the actual pressure gain should be stopped ? Well, works fine, but the is very important to have the feeling of the > Revoy... > I'm affraid this is really relative. But to give you an idea, you should be able with 'basic_digtal_brush' and black color to express all the value in a single strokes , without forcing to much at the end. Ex : http://img715.imageshack.us/img715/897/selection029.jpg Thats my own test to calibrate my pressure. I just see if I can paint this range. In seven brushes is present always the ghost lines Not a surprise if pressure gain boost everything . The culpit is "opacity multiply" ( try to play with the setting to see how it works ) My brush presets use the "opacity multiply". I cut the opacity with a curve to avoid ghost lines. Thanks to this setting, I can fine tuning the tricky opacity of Mypaint brushes. 2013/1/11 José Américo Gobbo <[email protected]> > Hi, > Today I made tests with Revoy set with the Pressure Gain. > I've installed the last master of git for this tests. > Works very fine for me, but in some brushes the Pressure Gain is a bit > critical... the minor part of revoy set. > I've attached a jpeg with the tests with some notes...
