Yes • Role of Contractor – Idiom Translation expert, Localization and Globalization expert with respect to global rollout strategies for web projects. • Number of Contractors - 1 • Activities – 1) Recommend Best Practices on managing Idiom translation memory globally, Translation processes for various kinds of content for Global Web 2.0 project 2) Organize brainstorming sessions (fusion) with various client stakeholders (both business and technical), primarily for Translation to start with. Globalization and Localization sessions should also follow at a later stage • Deliverables – Documenting the outcome of fusion: Requirements, gaps, known issues, next steps.
