When I install mysql rpm , he puts it in
/var/lib/mysql directory
then, when I try to start mysql, he says that he can't
find mysql.sock in /tmp/mysql.sock
I donno why he is looking for it there, probably
because I had binary version of mysql in
/usr/local/mysql dir before.
mysql.sock is in directory /var/lib/mysql/ and it is 0
bytes (!?)
Now Can somebody help me how to fix this ?
