Galera Mariadb On WIndowsXP 32 bits Windows 8.1 64 bits

a port of Galera Cluster solution and mariadb 5.5.33a has been made available at
https://www.github.com/YannNayn
It compiles on Windows platform using msvc 1600
Feel free to fork it
