Yes i figured that - so the question is, how do I give full permissions to that user? I did go to my cPanel and delete the user and recreated the user adding them to the DB with ALL PRIVILEGES. Obviously this is not enough. If this is not a simple thing that I can do myself, I am willing to compensate someone for support they can offer via GoToMeeting and SKYPE.
