irreleveant, he just don't realize that file permissions are *not*
in the scope of "adding them to the DB with ALL PRIVILEGES"

GRANT FILE ON *.* TO 'asdfsdf'@'localhost';
is a global setting because you access *the hosts FILESYSTEM* with it
