You should be able to work with .NET through MyODBC with out many problems. I tried with ODBC.NET, ADO.NET through MyODBC and could able to do the basic stuff without any problems. If you need a ODBC compliant of 3.x or more, we will be releasing a new MyODBC 3.51 Driver shortly, which should fit for most of the requirements.
