The version of MySQL is 3.23, the platform is Solaris, the language is
English and the way I check whether data has been entered in the database or
not is by running a select query on the database.
Was that of any help? I tried searching the net but couldn't find more information about what might be causing the problem...
How are they typing in the information? From a web page? From the command line? From a custom program?
