1. The sections are like subdepartments of the
department, for example there is a hyperreal.info
site -> Drugs department -> Cocaine -> News where
the last section obviously contains only short
news mentioning Cocaine :8]. It's a hypertree structure.
2. I need a _total_ number of "new" articles.
3. Sections don't count as documents, but can
have an "index" article attached which
may explain what the section is about. I don't
want to count these (special bit flag).
4. An article can be instantiated many times,
attached to many sections at once, if it's applicable.
It can be instantiated in many Departments, too.
Site HAS Departmests. Departments HAVE Sections.
Sections HAVE Articles. There is also a WIKI "universe"
intertwined in between (doesn't work fully yet). Every
WIKI article can be instantiated in any number of
departments and sections. WIKI is like an "invicible
department" hovering somewhere in the infospace :8].
5. A section is a category, for "pages"
or "chapters" of bigger document (like a book) we
have a special bit flag in the x_instance.Status.
It is so they are not displayed separately, only
index page of the book is visible in the section
listings (so no clutter is created).
