]Yes, they will, assuming you have both an ATSC and an NTSC tuner in the same
]system. If 21 is standard-def coming in over ATSC, it would become 211. You'd
]have to change one of them in the channel editor (once) to resolve the
]ambiguity. This is true any time you have multiple video sources.
Should those be HDTV channel 2-1 and NTSC channel 21? That way if there
is a HDTV channel 2-10 and 21-0 there is no ambiguity. (Channel 21-0
would be NTSC channel 21 in the HDTV naming system.)

Yes, thats how I thought it would be, as thats how it is here on the
HDTVs w/integrated tuners i.e PBS is channel 16 here, and there are
channels 16-1, 16-2, 16-3, 16-4.
