I actually downgraded myself without blowing away the database. I haven't seen
any issues come up...yet.

BTW, the reason I downgraded is that 0.17 introduced sync issues with my system
(specs below). Both video and audio tended to skip in and out of sync with
each other...something I did not see with 0.16. Unfortunately, due to long
compile times, I have not had a chance to figure out which cvs version
introduced my problem nor to I have any detailed log messages at this point to
provide. I can supply this info if you all would like.

System specs:
Via EPIA M10000
1Gig ram
80 gig western digital IDE
PVR350 capture card (using this for both capture and playback)

Thanks for a great piece of software everyone, keep it up :)

You will need to blow your mysql database. There have been database
updates since then.

Hi

Is it possible to do a downgrade to version .16?

I have problem with color information during playback not being
properly align and was thinking of trying version .16 to see if I have
the same problem as I now have with version .17.

I have a compiled CVS version of 0.16 in a separate directory. What
will happen if I do a "make install" from that?

I suspected that something drastic like that was necessary.
I think I will try to get 0.17 version to work instead since I have quite a lot of information stored in my database.
