[mythtv] [PATCH] delete recording schedules

Attached is a (very small) patch that automatically deletes the recording schedule for items using "Record only this showing" after the item has recorded successfully. There was already code to delete the schedule when the type is "Find and record one showing of this title" so I just added a check for the "Record only this showing" type. Note that this will also delete manual "Record only this showing" schedules.
