Why a Linux Kernel??
This is a try to port a Client to Linux.
There now have been some thoughts:
* Extension to the Backend to Transcode Video to 480x272 mpeg4.
(Maybe realized via VLC or so)
* Client for PSP witch uses the media engine library's to watch the video

AFAIK, there isn't any successful try to boot a linux kernel on psp.
