That's not an omission, per se. mythtvsetup is merely the name the ATrpms
packages give to the setup utility binary within the rpms. Once you pull the
rpms and install from source, you definitely need to read the official docs,
which cover source-based installs quite well. I already tell everyone they
should read the official docs, but maybe I should reiterate that in the
section in question.
