There are rumors of a Unichrome-based Via card doing 1080i, but I have yet to 
see one myself. I ought to try my KM400 board w/onboard Via graphics with the 
latest Unichrome stuff, I suppose...

I do know there's a SiS card that definitely does 1080i though, because I have 
one. Definitely not as good as an nVidia card though.
