Using a PVR-250, I had the same audio sync issues (original .nuv ok until mplexed etc) until I changed the mpeg stream type to "DVD Special 2" in the recording profiles setup. Thanks to Khan Tran for replying to my request for settings that work. (Search the archives for "DVD PS Audio Sync" for more details) Regards, Garry.
