I have the same (allthough a slightly larger serial number).
If I use the tool included with the ivtv-driver, I'm able to set and change tv-channels. Also it's possible through the 'v4lctl' command to change channels. But as said MythTV doesn't. Can anybody help me out here?
I had the same problem and I had to verify the content of the "channel" table - and it was totally wrong.
So start up some tool to look at mysql data and browse the "channel" table. The two first channels I have look as follows:
