I copied this message to their "oontact us" form and got a response in about 2 minutes. They are looking into the problem. FWIW these guys have been hanging around the KnoppMyth forum taking suggestions for products people would like to see in a "mythtv store." They seem like nice enough guys, and several KnoppMyth forum members have bought from them.
