Thanks, I'll give these a try. I don't think it's the capture size, since I didn't mess with that and it was working just fine for weeks. Since I've had one set of HD errors, I'm going with that... Unfortunatly, I suspected the HD I used had problems to begin with... If I can confirm it's the HD, I think I'm going to go with the Samsung 160gb...
