thanks david for the new script. i was running an older version and was having troubles with it. it works fine now, except that ninemsn's data doesn't have full details. but beggars can't be choosers.
i guess the pay option is out of the question then, thanks to legal issues. as for the schedule overruns, myth 0.17 is due out tonight and according to http://www.mythtv.info/moin.cgi/UnderDevelopment there's a major change in commercial flagging. couldn't that script be somehow modified to detect the beginning and ending of shows?
