Why do you have this message?

Also you have Screen0 in Modes "480x480"
if you are using NTSC you should set MythTV and *.conf for X to 720x480 
resolution.
if you are using PAL then 756x480 (I think)

I'm not sure but your system is probably trying to stretch the video.
