I think you have to make sure that the signal sent by each key is also in the lircd.conf file, don't you? It's possible that whoever created the lircd.conf you have didn't map every button in there which could be why some of them don't do. anything. You can make your own lircd.conf quite simply by shutting down the lircd service and running "irrecord yourfilenamehere.conf". If you make sure you press and name every button when you do this then you can use this as your new lircd.conf when you restart lircd. Regards, Phill
