The Turtle Beach Riviera works and is fairly inexpensive.  Other
CM8738-based cards with S/PDIF output should work as well, as long as they
already have the connectors (coax and/or optical) in place...many just have
a 4-pin (?) header for some add-on connector bracket that'll most likely be
impossible to find.
