Yes, I have an "almost identical" setup... I use MythTV 0.16 and it works 
fine... I still haven't gotten around to setting up my infrared distribution so 
I still use the frontend on the computer monitor most of the time, but it works 
just as well when I run it thru an X server on the PVR-350's television out 
port. I think I'm upgraded to 2.4.28 kernel, but that is for different reasons.
