To do that, you would need a digital tuner card like the Air2PC, which I'm
*told* can demodulate QAM digital cable (which is what BH TB, at least,
uses), *and* you need your cable company to fail to encrypt non-pay/PPV
channels, a topic on which I can give you no assurance, even about my own
market.

If anyone knows for a fact that Bright House Tampa Bay (specifically *North*
Pinellas) does *not* encrypt it's non-pay QAM channels, please let me know.
