I did install each package individually and that worked. I guess I
would have expected if I installed mythtv-suite 0.16 that it would
have picked up the components for 0.16. I guess the virtual packages
don't allow for specifying exact version #'s of their contents.

I'm installing 0.16 instead of 0.17 because I'm upgrading from
FC1->FC3 and I have 2 boxes. This is the 1st box and the other
box is still running FC1+0.16. When both are on FC3 then I'll upgrade
to 0.17.
