I am a bit of a newbie to all this. My setup used to be FC2 according to Jarod's guide, which was working great when I only had one tuner, but when I added a second tuner, channel 4 on the first tuner (all pvr-250's by the way) stopped recording sound.
So, I decided to reformat and go for FC3 (again using Jarod's guide). All steps have worked perfectly so far, up to installing ivtv. It installed fine, but whenever I attempt to capture or wactch /dev/video0 or /dev/video1, all I see is static. I tried using the ptune ui and changing channels, alas to no avail...all static. If someone call tell me what information is needed to resolve this, I will get it, unfortunately I don't really know what would help right now. Thanks in advance! -Matt
