Except that you can also find PCI FX5200's. I know: I have two. Still, IMO the NTSC output of the 350 is superior even to the best modelines I've seen on the S-Video outputs of the Nvidia cards; but, if you ever plan to go the HDTV route*, a combined DVI/S-Video Nvidia card is the more thrifty choice.
