I am not discussing the probability of getting sued as the
justification.  It is legal activity, unless the kids are being
charged for entertainment of the bus.  I bring up suit because anyone
can be sued.  Replay TV was sued over commercial skip but mythtv
includes it.  That is based on the judgment that even if someone were
to be sued it would be considered legal.  I believe, given the caselaw
I have read, and the facts the poster gave, that his activitiy would
be considered fair use and nonifringing.  But I don't think he would
be sued.
