b/c if I can't get it to work I'm ebaying the system.
Do you have a windows machine you can test the pvr-250 in? Perhaps you
have a bad card. Using it in another computer would provide a good
test. If it fails there, bad card. If it works, then you may have some
incompatibilites in your linux box and/or are getting some interference
perhaps?
