Hex values used to be necessary. The conf I have posted (with hex values) was 
at one time running in a system outputting via a 350. And if you look at the 
ivtv wiki, it still shows a hex value. I believe Matthias only recently made 
that change himself.

Will do. Coulda sworn I had, but I just looked. Was going off an old bugzilla 
entry that still showed hex values for the PCI:x:x:x method. Man, I just 
can't keep up... :-\
