Nvidia Gforce 4 generic. Myth 0.17 Athlon xp 2200 Fedora Core 3 512mb of ram
I set everything and made sure it was cool using a monitor. Made changes to my xorg.conf as per instructions here: http://www.wilsonet.com/mythtv/fcmyth.php#video (which i am very greatful for.) then hooked up my standard 27" analog TV using the composite connection. All screens are blurry. I am running KDE and once logged into KDE it is blurry. So blurry that nothing is readable. I fire up MYTH and it is blurry. Looks HORRIBLE. Once i start watching TV or watching old recordings. the recordings look great. I lowered the resolution and now video will not play. "Error was encountered while displaying video" I also can no longer select a higher resolution. It is not available in the display settings. I am not too worried about the error or the resolution. I am sure I can fix that. Anyone have a fix so that my screen is clear when booting and using KDE or MYTHFrontend? Thanks for all your help so far. Brad
