I don't use Windoze, but I use a Mac and iTunes extensively with Myth. All I did is set Samba to share my MythMusic directory on the Myth system and then connected to that share from the Mac and moved by entire :iTunes Library" into the MythMusic share. I then made an alias (symbolic link) of the moved iTunes Library and put it in my Music folder on my Mac (where it expects to find it). Works like a charm.

With this config, I accomplish;
- all my music is stored on my Myth box, not my Mac, thereby freeing up GBs of valuable space on my Mac.
- I can navigate and play my music using MythMusic's TV interface (and MythWeb).
- I can use iTunes as normal to add, play, delete music directly to the iTunes Library on the Myth system

I'm sure this would probably also work from Windows... its really quite simple from the Mac.
