Followup:
I ran mythtvsetup and let it remove my capture cards and recreated
them and this seemed to fix the problem. Interestingly, after a
couple of unrelated reboots working out some xfs performance kinks,
the capture cards appear to have been munged again. I re-ran
mythtvsetup and it fixed again but something weird is going on here.
I know this stuff is kept in the DB...is it possible this is being
caused by messed up database?

Thanks,
Justin
