Just to bump this thread, the Linux driver has been released February 15.

Driver 'feature' list:
- Open source Linux SDK
- Supports Video4Linux2
- Supports ALSA Audio
- 2.6 kernel support

In the README it says that currently only the MJPEG and MPEG4 formats are
available. The driver comes with an example recording program, so it
shouldn't be too difficult to get support in MythTV.

The (plain analog) TV version sells for 182..209 EUR in The Netherlands, which
seems a bit high for a single tuner device. But then you get DivX hardware
encoding which means smaller recording files.
