Hey, I've got my fingers crossed for the PX-TV402U-NA and
MacMini/MythTV combo. :-) Yes, I realize that the MythTV backend is
not ported to MacOSX, and that it "won't be anytime soon", but given
the extremely high level of interest in the community for a MacMini PVR
solution it seems to make a lot of sense. Where there's a will,
there's a way - and a quick tour through google shows that there
definitely is a will!

It's nice that plextor is taking the time/money/energy to create a
driver for linux, and that fact alone will probably steer me towards
purchasing it. I think one of the key features of the device people
are glazing over, is that it's usb.. allowing people to use embedded
linux devices or even laptops as a frontend/backend solution. It
would be nice if the device also decoded the video in the same manner
as the PVR350 does, maybe in a later version huh? :)
