Nope, believe it or not, I don't really watch the news at all. And yes, I pretty much always record sports that I want to watch. I just set it to record an extra 30-60 minutes to make sure I catch any overtime that may occur. If I really want to watch it "live" I'll just watch the recording in progress. Brad
