The Tivo records at 352 x 480, and its "Best" rate is 3gb/hour which
translates to about 6500. It's "high" bitrate is a touch over 2gb, or
about 4500 if I remember correctly, and there is a difference, though not
a big one, between them.

So what gives? Is the chart wrong? Is Tivo wrong, or am I wrong about
their bitrates?
