[mythtv-users] mythsetup? I don't have it...

Is mythsetup a binary that comes with a packaged set of binaries?  Because I 
built from cvs source and after "make install" I still don't have any 
mythsetup program.  I have the "mythtv/setup/setup" program but no 
mythsetup.  Should it have installed with make install?  Just curious,
