You do NOT use ivtvctl to set the resolution Myth records at. Myth controls 
that interally, based on your recording profiles. I pretty much guarantee 
your 250 is recording at 480x480 right now also, its just that scaling is 
supported on the the 250 and not on the 150 (yet) in ivtv. So the 250 shows 
the full picture, the 150 chops off the right quarter.
