I planned to use the myth box without a monitor & keyboard.
I'm just taking things one step at a time. I thought vnc would be a good feature and ran into this issue.
I can use telnet for most things, but a GUI is nicer for some stuff.
if the OS on your other machine is windows:
- use PuTTY to SSH in
- download an X client for your windows machine (they're out there) and run the gui apps from your ssh session
if the OS on your other machine is linux/unix: - just ssh in and run the gui apps
